The Problem

      Currently the maneuverability's characteristics of the quadrotor, make it required in various fields ranging from archeology to inspection and monitoring of high-voltage lines, cropland and forest land. In spite of the benefits there are some limitations associated with the quadrotor.

      With this project, in partnership with the Universidade  Federal de Juiz de Fora, it is intended, by the recurrence hybrid solutions, to solve:  

  1. The low autonomy of flight's time, a necessary feature when it comes to, for example, inspection of structures, power lines and fields of crops;

  2. The problems associated with different loads and  external conditions.
